Digital public infrastructure
Digital innovation for maternal & newborn health
Project management and primary liaison for an approximately US$150,000 digital-learning component covering platform development, animation, learning content, tutor training and performance dashboards.

The assignment
From 2024 to 2026, I managed Telleosis Nigeria Limited’s digital-learning component within a national health-infrastructure programme and served as the project’s point of contact. The assignment, valued at approximately US$150,000, brought together platform design, animation, content development, tutor training and performance-monitoring dashboards.
The operating context
The wider programme sits within a Gates Foundation grant to the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria, supporting the Government of Nigeria’s strategy to reduce maternal and neonatal mortality. The Foundation records a committed amount of $4,648,694, an August 2024 grant date and a 36-month duration. Telleosis’s component connected the learning platform with the content, user training and monitoring systems needed to support its use.
