The assignment

At Adebayo Adeleke LLC, I worked as Project Manager for Government Affairs and Contracting, with responsibilities spanning government relations, contracting strategy and compliance.

The operating context

Working with public institutions requires attention to formal rules, procurement requirements and the administrative conditions under which organisations operate. This assignment broadened my institutional experience beyond sector policy into government-facing delivery.

My contributions

• Worked on government-relations and government-contracting strategy.
• Managed projects within a government-affairs and contracting remit.
• Worked with compliance requirements across U.S. local, state and federal contexts.
• Secured U.S. government contracts for clients who executed contracts with an aggregate value exceeding US$950,000.

Scope and professional contribution

The U.S. Figure is the aggregate value of contracts secured for clients and executed by those clients. The Nigerian assignments below are presented as additional contracting experience, separately from the dated Adebayo Adeleke LLC role.
